I was taking this test: http://quiz.ivillage.com/cgi-bin/diet/tests/dietdestiny.cgi

and I realized why I always go back to yoga: because it's challenging but also soothing.  Can't beat that!

I love Pilates too, for the same reason. Both amazing disciplines!

Ok, noone is really doing this, so I'm thinking... let's call it off.

Good luck to everyone

---------------------------------------

Me, for this week I pick #2 and #7 from my to-do list to get done this week.

Here's my food journal for today:

On awakening: cranwater + fiber supplement

Breakfast: 2 raspberry-whey "cookies" (no sugar, no flour - sweetened with stevia), cranwater

Lunch: bell pepper creamy soup, pan-cooked veal, mixed cooked veggies (cauli, brussel sprouts, carrots, leeks), cranwater

Just as a note: the plan is not for the list to get done all at once. It's to implement the actions gradually, one by one so that we gradually improve our habits without disrupting our routines too much at once.

MY TO-DO LIST:

1. Do some form of exercise daily.

2. Drink at least 3.5 liters of water a day.

3. Take my supplements every day, including the Omega 3s, that help me feel full and more satisfied after my meals.

4. Avoid things that spike my blood sugar, like sweets, fruit on an empty stomach, fruit juice, high-carb items.

5. Avoid foods that don't support and nourish my body, like chips and other junk food.

6. Avoid all things I'm intolerant to, like wheat and dairy.

7. Go to bed earlier at night.

8. Do a cellulite massage 3 times a week.

9. Dry skin brush daily.

10. Weight and measure myself every Sunday to track my progress.
